He has been successful in putting together strategic solutions for clients of all sizes that help them meet their talent and organizational objectives and goals. He has a talent of stepping back from a problem, identifying the root cause, and putting together a solution to solve it. Dwight has worked with hundreds of clients over the years including Compass Group, City of Philadelphia, Qualfon, Home Instead, and Formica among others. He has a passion for ensuring that each and every client is able to have their initial problem solved but also that each and every client gets a personalized world-class client experience and results that matter. In addition to his work in the Talent Management space, he has also worked in Operations Management, Marketing, and Systems Integration. When Dwight is not having fun at Eleserv, he enjoys getting outdoors on the hiking trails and working out. He also loves getting involved in the community.
